Amberg Engineering at ETH Tunnel Colloquium
Amberg Engineering was pleased to contribute to an excellent colloquium at ETH Zürich with a presentation on the excavation process of the Brenner Base Tunnel. As lead designer on the Austrian side of the project, Amberg Engineering is part of the consortium delivering one of Europe’s most significant underground infrastructure projects together with GALLERIA DI BASE DEL BRENNERO - BRENNER BASISTUNNEL BBT SE.
The presentation was delivered by Dominik Paris and attracted more than 200 tunnelling enthusiasts. The event was hosted by Prof. Linard Cantieni and his team under the patronage of the Swiss Tunnelling Society (STS).
The colloquium also featured insightful contributions from Implenia, Herrenknecht AG and Lombardi Engineering Group.
