Laurence Delplace has been part of the Amberg Engineering family since 2013. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA in General Management and has more than 16 years of experience in the intemational tunneling industry. With her extensive experience in design, business development, project planning, project management and client coordination, Mrs Delplace wil lead Amberg Engineering into the future.
Dr. Roman Wahlen has been working in infrastructure planning for 23 years, disposes of many years of management experience at Amberg Engineering in various functions and therefore has
extensive project experience and is very familiar with the corporate culture and internal processes across the board.
Paul Erdmann has been with Amberg Engineering since 2007 in a leadership role in infrastructure planning and market development, with 28 years of experience in planning and business development in national and international tunnel construction. Mr. Erdmann will be responsible for the Cologne site and the German market.
Benoit Garitte joined Amberg Engineering two years ago, having previously worked for 10 years at "Nagra (Switzerland), where he was in charge of exploratory drilling, and a further 10 years at CIMNE (Spain). He is a civil engineer and brings international experiance to the team. Mr Garitte will be responsible for the Swiss market and the management of the Nyon site.
Klaus Wachter has been with the company since 2016 and has in-depth expertise and experience in development and innovation management. His future focus will be on financial management and the Lead of the Innsbruck site.
Gerd Wieland has been with Amberg Engineering for 16 years in various roles. In addition to his experience in leadership positions, Mr. Wieland possesses comprehensive knowledge in the management and planning of infrastructure projects. In the future, he will focus on leading project execution and heading the sites in Regensdorf, Sargans and Chur.

Lumír Kliš has been part of AMBERG Engineering Brno, a.s. since 2008. He graduated from the Technical University in Brno, where he specialised in geotechnics at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and successfully completed his master's degree. Since joining the company, he has worked his way up from the position of project engineer through senior project engineer and deputy CEO to the position of CEO. Outside of these professional activities, he is active in local government, serving his fourth term in various municipal leadership positions. As a designer, he leads demanding and extensive projects both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Mr. Kliš is responsible for the geotechnical and tunneling market.
Jiří Rožek has been part of AMBERG Engineering Brno, a.s. since 2013. He graduated from the Technical University in Brno, where he specialised in concrete structures and bridges at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and successfully completed his master's degree. After graduation, he worked for 8 years as a structural engineer for concrete bridges and then joined a family company specialising in water management structures. He continues to work in this field in our company as a department manager. In 2021 he was appointed to the Board of Directors, where he is still a member. Mr Rožek is a recognised and sought-after expert in his field. In our company, he is responsible for the market of the water construction sector.
Alice Žíttová has been part ofr AMBERG Engineering Brno, a.s. since 2012. She graduated from the Technical University in Brno, where she specialised in geotechnics at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and successfully completed her master's degree. Since joining the company, she has worked her way up from project engineer to senior project engineer and member of the company's board of directors. Ms Zíttová is a recognised expert in tunnel rehabilitation. She manages technically challenging projects in the Czech Republic and collaborates on projects abroad. Ms Zíttová is responsible for the geotechnical and tunneling market.

Barad Sharma has been part of the Amberg family since 2015. He is a Civil Engineering graduate [IIT Delhi] & PGDBA (Finance) with over 25 years of experience in Government and Private sectors. He has been in various functions with project developers as well as design consultants. With his extensive and well-rounded experience in design, business development, project planning, project management and client coordination, Mr. Sharma would lead Amberg Engineering into the future.
With over 23 years as a Chartered Accountant and 12 years as CFO at Amberg, Vivek Dubey excels in financial management and strategic advice and possesses strong HR and IT skills. His expertise extends to leadership in accounting teams, making him adept at producing accurate financial reports, guiding strategic decisions, and contributing to HR and IT aspects, enhancing the overall growth of the company.
Gagandeep Kansal is a postgraduate Civil Engineer specialised in Structural Engineering having an overall experience of about 18 years. He has been part of the Amberg India family since 2017. He was instrumental in setting up the metro design vertical and has been leading it. He has extensive experience working on underground transit infrastructure projects in project management, construction planning, concept development and structural design. He would be leading the operational activities of Amberg Engineering India.
Since joining our team in 2015, Radhakrishnan Sethuramalingom has brought to the table over 25 years of specialized expertise in engineering geology, particularly in geotechnics for tunnelling. He is a postgraduate in Geology and his extensive background enriches our engineering consultancy and construction projects. He would be leading the Geotechnics, technological innovations and TSP-related activities of Amberg Engineering India.
Deepali Saxena (Mrs.) is a Post Graduate Civil Engineer who has been with the company since 2015. She has more than 25 years of rich and vast experience in the Railway and Metro Sector with specialisation in the field of Bridges, Underground and Elevated Metro Corridors. She would be leading the PMC and Regional Development of Amberg Engineering India.

Eduardo Velasco took over the General Management of Amberg Infraestructuras S.A., in Madrid, in summer 2021. He holds a MSc in Mining Engineering and has more than 34 years of national and international professional experience. Mr. Velasco has more than 16 years of extensive experience in tunneling design and consultancy, as well as 18 years of experience in-situ working in construction companies. He leads Amberg Infraestructuras S.A. as CEO.

Joël Biedermann, a member of the Amberg Norge team since 2017, holds a degree in Civil Engineering from EPFL Switzerland, complemented by exchanges in Stockholm and Trondheim. He furthered his education with a focus on engineering geology from NTNU and project management from Tekna. Leveraging his remarkable language skills and educational background, Joël actively contributes to the establishment of the Norwegian branch and its projects, always fostering successful collaborations within the Amberg Group.
