The site supervision as a task includes the management of the construction of a structure, i.e., the coordination, arrangement, instruction and control of all activities on the construction site.

The site supervision basically takes on all suitable and expedient tasks to ensure the success of the project. In addition, the site supervision carries out the review of the construction invoicing, has the responsibility for the interdisciplinary safety on the construction site and oversees the construction logistics.
