Bronze medal by EcoVadis

We're thrilled to announce our recertification by EcoVadis for our sustainability efforts, along with being awarded a medal!

Since 2021, we've been certified, and this year, thanks to our ongoing dedication, we've improved our rating once again. EcoVadis rated us 4 points higher compared to our last assessment, placing us among the top 21% of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis. We're honored to receive a Bronze Medal for this achievement.

Key highlights from the past year include:

• Maintaining our certifications for Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018).
• Expanding ISO certifications to include our Brussels site, bringing all locations of Amberg Engineering AG (Regensdorf, Sargans, Chur, Nyon) and Amberg Engineering GmbH (Innsbruck, Cologne, Paris, Brussels) under certification, spanning five countries.
• Analyzing key metrics in a sustainability report.
• Renovating our headquarters in Regensdorf with sustainability in mind.
• Promoting part-time work at the leadership level by encouraging co-leadership roles.
• Offseting CO2 emissions from air travel.
• Joining the industry solution "sicuro" for occupational safety.
• Adding online language courses for all interested employees, supplementing onsite courses.

This achievement motivates us to continue investing in sustainability, creating further benefits for our employees, and fostering a supportive work-life balance. This is our most valuable success!
